 Job Description:

Working on a team and reporting to the Production Manager, produce paint jobs for homeowners on the Muskoka Lakes. Track labour hours worked and supplies used. Maintain customer satisfaction. Ensure all jobs completed are kept under budget.

Key Accountabilities:
• Work with team members to ensure job is completed on time and on budget.
• Communicate with customers on a daily basis to ensure needs are being met.
• Ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
• Produce all jobs required in each given week.
• Work an average of 40 hours per week.
• Inform Production Manager of supplies and equipment needed to complete jobs.

Requirements:
• Demonstrated ability to hit goals and compete assigned work.
• Strong decision making and problem solving skills.
• Exceptional time management skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Positive upbeat professional and responsible attitude; independent and self-directed yet also team oriented.

• Painting experience is not required but is considered a valuable asset.
